About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Team Leader (Telecalling Team) to manage and scale our outbound telesales/academic counselling team in Kottayam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student admissions, monitoring daily call quality, coaching telecallers, and maintaining high conversion rates for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–15 telecallers/academic counsellors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily call volume, talk time, lead conversion rates, and pipeline management via CRM tools.
- Quality & Training: Conduct regular call audits, pitch reviews, and training sessions to improve the team's convincing, negotiation, and student handling skills.
- Process Optimization: Manage lead distribution, ensure prompt follow-ups, and minimize lead wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and report daily/weekly team sales metrics and conversion performance to management.
- Conflict Resolution:



Step in to handle escalated student or parent queries to successfully close admissions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Student Counselling.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a Team Leader / Senior Executive role within the EdTech, test-prep, or higher education sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory) and Professional Working English.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
