Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive liaison between the client organization and delivery teams, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Define and communicate the overall engagement vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria to all stakeholders.

• Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with senior client leadership, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for expanded value delivery.

• Lead governance processes including steering committee meetings, executive reporting, and escalation management.

• Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and organizational impediments that affect delivery outcomes.





• Partner with resource management and practice leaders to ensure the right talent is deployed to deliver results.

• Provide strategic consulting on technology transformation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of large-scale IT program delivery, managed services, and digital transformation.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.

• Proficiency in program governance frameworks, risk management, and financial oversight.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Financial services or highly regulated industry background preferred.
