Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should be able to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children while supporting their overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities for Pre-Primary students.
- Create a warm, protected, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Teach concepts through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Maintain regular records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Use stories, rhymes,



music, art, games, and hands-on activities to make learning interesting.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline in a positive manner.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, B.Ed., or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in Pre-Primary / Kindergarten / Early Years teaching is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management and activity-planning skills.
- Ability to use innovative and child-friendly teaching methodologies.
