Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation:



Lead revenue generation efforts by managing the sales process end-to-end across all client segments (new, existing, and past clients).
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients in the field to present proposals, negotiate, address client requirements, and finalise sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
- Team Management: Manage, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators; conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Client Support: Provide rapid and effective resolutions to client queries, ensuring superior post-sale service and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales reports and market data to identify trends, gaps, and potential business opportunities.
