Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business development team by generating qualified leads, engaging with prospective clients, and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and a passion for sales. This role involves prospect research, lead qualification, cold calling, appointment setting, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Identify potential clients through databases, online research, LinkedIn, referrals, and lead lists.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects based on business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Customer Engagement




- Build skilled relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Understand customer pain points and present relevant business solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Update customer information and sales activities regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track lead generation performance and conversion metrics.

Sales Support
- Work closely with the Team Lead and Business Development team.
- Share qualified leads and detailed prospect information with the sales team.
- Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
