Role Overview

We are looking for a Channel Partner to
build and scale Licious’ quick commerce and aggregator channel business
.

This role will be responsible for driving growth across platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto through

strong partnerships, sharp commercial execution, and best-in-class on-platform performance.





The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing and scaling marketplace or aggregator-led

growth in consumer businesses (FMCG, D2C, food, or retail), with a strong understanding of platform dynamics, P&L; ownership, and the ability to drive impact in a fast-scaling environment

- Own and scale Licious’ presence across
quick commerce and aggregator platforms
like Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto
- Define channel-specific strategy
across assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility to drive growth
- Build and manage relationships with platform/category teams to unlock growth opportunities
- Drive revenue, margins

P&L;
for aggregator channels with transparent ownership of targets
- Negotiate
commercial terms i
ncluding commissions, visibility spends, and joint business plans
- Optimize listings, discoverability, and conversion through platform levers (search, banners, campaigns)
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations
