Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions for Substation and T&D; projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids for AIS/GIS substations, transmission lines, and distribution network projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Contracts, and Finance teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, vendor RFQs, and techno-commercial comparisons.
- Conduct risk assessment and identify key bid qualifications, exclusions, and deviations.
- Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate offers.
- Develop bid pricing models and ensure competitiveness while maintaining project profitability.
- Prepare bid submission documents, compliance matrices, bid bonds, and tender checklists.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
- Maintain bid records and support management with bid status reports and tender evaluations.
- Assist in contract finalization and project handover to execution teams after award.
