Who are we looking for? A (General Insurance - GI) team member for a back-office operation. The team member we are seeking is a passionate contributor, who will strengthen the existing partnership with a Global Insurer. The role will operate within the service remit of Australia cutting through various life cycle of a commercial GI policy

Experience:
Minimum 02-03 years as a Sr Team member and/or SME and/or QA providing GI back office services to customers.

Job Profile
- P&C; Insurance Process and Insurance product management service experience
- Provides insurance back-office services to North America regions
- Understands the life cycle of a GI policy clearly between UW and Claims phases
- Timely management and resolution of chasers/escalations from Onshore
- Participates / supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides training / inputs on processes / business to the team to ensure delivery predictability.
- Owns and executes transaction processing to meet quality standards.
- Customer Interaction:



participates in customer engagement sessions as an SME
- Owns and resolves escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensures that Compliance standards are met, regarding Data Protection
- Adhere to Client specific policies and compliance regulations
- Focus on customer service and aim for zero complaints
- INS Certifications or equivalent P&C; insurance certifications preferred
- Exposure to international programs will have an advantage

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and comprehension skills, Excellent communication skills in form of oral and email writing

Domain:
Deep understanding of the P&C; Industry, aspiration to develop and establish a career in the P&C; industry

Technical Skills:
Excellent in MS Office suite

Location:
Bangalore, Operating out of Mphasis’s offices in Mahadevapura.

Education:
Graduate and above
