Key responsibilities

Identify and seize partnership opportunities.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Cultivate a solid network of relationships within premium customer segments, including Developers/Builders, Education institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities), Sports Academies, and landscape architects. Foster new relationships to drive business growth and expand the company's reach.





Maintain existing business by prioritizing and catering to our valued clients.

Apply critical thinking skills throughout all negotiation phases, taking in to account the company's service offerings, project success, client requirements, and the market environment, while possessing a thorough knowledge of our products. Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information, and identify factors influencing current and future regional sales growth and profitability.

Ensure consistent business growth while meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel within the assigned state.

Experience with sports infrastructure/ construction products and industry trends is a plus.
