Qualifications
- Strong food preparation and cooking abilities, with demonstrated culinary skills in Asian cuisine.
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards and food safety practices in all kitchen activities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in an Asian restaurant or hotel environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, safety procedures, and workstation organization.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail and consistency.
- Relevant culinary certification or formal training in hospitality or culinary arts is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by kitchen operations.
