Role & responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot ATM and tea/coffee vending machines.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hardware-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
- Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
- Replace faulty components, parts, sensors, motors, pumps, PCBs, and other equipment as required.
- Conduct machine testing and ensure proper functioning after repair.
- Maintain service reports, job sheets, spare-part records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and basic machine-operation guidance to customers.
- Travel to customer locations/sites for installation and service requirements.

Preferred candidate profile




- Candidates with ATM Machine Service Engineering experience are highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Tea/Coffee Vending Machine servicing are also preferred.
- Candidates from relevant industries such as:

- Beverage Equipment
- POS Machines

- Cash Handling Machines
- Electronic Equipment
- Industrial/Commercial Equipment
- Field Service Engineering
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or relevant technical discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field-service assignments.
