Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across AOBA’s social media channels to reflect the brand’s adventurous and expressive identity. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor and respond to audience interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. Responsibilities include developing social media campaigns,



collaborating with design and marketing teams, coordinating influencer and partnership activities, and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends and recommending new formats or channels that align with AOBA’s brand.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage AOBA’s online communities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft transparent, compelling, and brand-aligned messages.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and calendar social media content that supports marketing and brand objectives.
