? Key Responsibilities

• Drive
Prime LAP sales
and achieve assigned business targets

• Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, connectors, and other channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

• Manage the complete sales cycle from




lead generation to disbursement

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams

• Develop the local market and identify new business opportunities

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

? What We’re Looking For

✔️
5+ years of sales experience

✔️ Experience in
LAP / Secured Lending / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
preferred

✔️ Robust communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔️ Strong customer relationship and market networking skills

✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
