Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Civil Site Engineer to assist in the day-to-day supervision and execution of construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, and site workers to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and preparation of work reports.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.




- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and measurements.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Coordinate with other teams such as electrical, plumbing, and interior works when required.
- Support senior engineers in achieving project targets and timely completion.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution is an advantage.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estim
