To design and drive the organizations learning and development strategy, ensuring capability building, leadership development, and alignment with business goals.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement the overall L&D; strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and design structured learning interventions
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
- Establish governance and standardization of training processes across the organization
- Oversee execution of training programs and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement
- Partner with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with business priorities
- Lead and mentor the L&D; team, ensuring capability development and performance management
- Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, LMS, and blended learning approaches
- Manage external training partners, budgets, and cost optimization




- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with training standards and documentation
- Lead CSR initiatives through learning interventions and drive employee participation

Required Qualifications:

- Experience in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in LMS, digital learning tools, and training analytics
- Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies and capability-building frameworks
