Marketing Executive to take charge of everyday content and communications across Mango, Nautica, NEXT and RK. Own the content calendar, keep messaging consistent & in alignment with guidelines and store calendar across brands, coordinate the day-to-day production and distribution of communication assets, and review and execute our CRM programme.

Key Responsibilities

Content Calendar & Execution
- Own and maintain the rolling content calendar across all three brands (social, in-store, email/WhatsApp creative, PR)
- Brief and coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies to deliver content on schedule
- Ensure every brand's content stays true to its distinct tone and identity while sharing a common production pipeline

Social Media & Digital Content
- Plan and publish social content for each brand's channels, adapting global assets for the Indian audience where needed
- Track day-to-day social performance and flag what's working to the Marketing Head
- Coordinate influencer and creator content deliverables, from briefing through to posting





Daily CRM Campaign Execution
- Execute lifecycle communications (welcome, birthday/anniversary, win-back, post-purchase) via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push for all three brands
- Produce a regular (weekly/monthly) CRM performance report covering campaign metrics, loyalty KPIs, and performance
- Maintain customer segments (RFM, category, city/store) used to target lifecycle campaigns
- Monitor enrollment and redemption rates, reporting trends to the Marketing Head

In-Store & Offline Collateral
- Manage production and distribution of in-store collateral (window displays, POS material, signage) across cities
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely rollout of recent collateral for launches and campaigns
- Maintain a single source of truth for brand guidelines so store-level execution stays consistent

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with the CRM Executive to align content campaigns with lifecycle communica
