We are looking for a
Purchasing & Logistics Specialist
to join our Bengaluru team. The role involves managing
end-to-end purchasing and logistics activities
, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, price negotiation, shipment tracking, inventory planning, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

The candidate will work closely with
suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, finance, operations, sales, and project teams
to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations. Key responsibilities include vendor management and development,



cost analysis and optimization, material forecasting, maintaining accurate procurement records, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and resolving order, invoice, and delivery discrepancies.

The ideal candidate should have
3+ years of relevant experience, a B.Tech/Engineering degree, and hands-on experience in both Purchase and Logistics
. Robust negotiation, vendor management, communication, analytical, and coordination skills are essential, along with knowledge of
INCO Terms, payment procedures, statutory requirements, and supply-chain processes
.
