Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes on the shop floor.
- Design, develop, and implement production processes for traction motors to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production performance using key metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, including work instructions, tooling designs, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Production Management or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices), QMS (Quality Management System).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
