About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Technical Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
end-to-end IT/technical recruitment
, excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities, and a valuable understanding of the Indian technology talent market.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and closing qualified technology professionals across multiple technical domains while working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for technical and IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, databases, and professional networks
.
- Identify and engage with both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, compensation, and career expectations.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for
niche and hard-to-fill technology positions
.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
