Role Purpose: Lead HR Operations across locations and ensure consistent governance, employee experience, compliance, performance management and team effectiveness.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead HR Operations across all company locations, excluding Recruitment, HRBP and Learning & Development.
- Own HR annual operating plan, budget, service delivery standards and team capacity planning.
- Govern the KPI/KRA-based Performance Management System, appraisal cycles, Onboarding process, confirmations, promotions and related reporting.
- Own employee relations, grievance escalation, disciplinary process governance and policy interpretation.
- Govern employee experience, engagement, recognition, welfare, health insurance and wellness initiatives including Master Health Check programs.
- Own HR policy governance, statutory/labour compliance readiness, HR audits and risk closure.
- Review payroll, HR operations and employee lifecycle outputs before final sign-off/escalation.




- Drive HRMS adoption, process automation, dashboards, analytics and continuous improvement.
- Review attrition, absenteeism, employee feedback and workforce trends and recommend actions to leadership.
- Monthly Goals/ Report updated to AGM
- Lead, coach and evaluate the Assistant Manager, Executives and Junior resource.

*Key Deliverables / Success Measures*
- HR SLA achievement at or above agreed target.
- Performance cycles completed within approved calendar with no material backlog.
- Zero major compliance misses within owned scope.
- Payroll and employee lifecycle governance delivered accurately and on time.
- Measurable employee experience improvement and closure of identified action items.
- Quarterly HR dashboard and improvement plan presented to leadership
