Job Title: Senior Executive - Distribution

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving demand planning, distribution planning, CFA performance management, and business analytics to ensure seamless product availability across the distribution network. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven decision-making within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand planning and forecasting activities at CFA level to ensure accurate demand visibility and inventory optimization.
- Oversee distribution planning to maintain adequate stock availability across all CFA locations.
- Monitor and manage CFA performance through defined KPI tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Finance teams for query resolution, compliance adherence, and process governance.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business analytics using SAP, MS Office, and BI tools.
- Prepare management presentations and provide insights during business review meetings.




- Analyze critical supply chain metrics including:
- Product expiry trends
- Saleable returns
- Secondary stock levels
- Sales performance
- Forecast accuracy
- Evaluate stockist performance through analysis of credit history, purchasing patterns, payment behavior, and cheque bounce trends.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

Requisites for the Role

Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Distribution MIS, Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Project Management Office (PMO) functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with MIS reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Robust understanding of CFA operations, warehouse management practices, and related SOPs.
