This person is responsible for the complete operational readiness of the store, covering hygiene, infrastructure, safety, security, manpower, vendors, and facility systems. The role ensures uninterrupted daily operations while maintaining luxury retail standards through strict SOP adherence, technical oversight, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily housekeeping and security briefings; supervise execution of SOPs across all store areas.
- Monitor and enforce opening and closing checklists, ensuring hygiene, utilities, security systems, and ambience readiness.
- Manage housekeeping, security, valet, drivers, and support staff including rostering, work allocation, KPI setting, and performance reporting.
- Oversee pantry and catering operations, ensuring hygiene, inventory control, and service quality.
- Handle and coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and infrastructure maintenance; ensure preventive and breakdown servicing.




- Implement and supervise safety, fire, emergency, and security protocols including CCTV monitoring and incident handling.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and usage of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, pantry supplies, and facility equipment.
- Coordinate and monitor multiple vendors including housekeeping agencies, security services, pest control, maintenance vendors, and accommodation providers.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through advanced knowledge of skilled cleaning chemicals (R1, R2, R3, etc.) and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement by upgrading tools, equipment, and facility processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
