About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Manager / Purchase Head with strong experience in building, commercial building, and real estate procurement. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, vendor management, procurement planning, negotiations, purchase orders, material follow-ups, and coordination with project/site teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) cycle from purchase requisition to vendor payment.
- Receive and review Purchase Requisitions (PR) from project/site teams through email and ERP.
- Review purchase requirements with senior management and process them accordingly.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop recent vendors for construction and project-related materials.
- Source materials, equipment,



and services from approved and new vendors.
- Send enquiries/RFQs to vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Prepare quotation comparison statements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Maintain and update vendor details in the ERP vendor master.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and PO amendments.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material dispatch, delivery schedules, and bill submission.
- Coordinate with Site In-charge and Store In-charge for timely material receipt.
- Verify GRN, site stock registers, and material documentation.
- Process vendor purchase bills and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments.
- Maintain vendor outstanding payment records and follow up with Accounts.
- Prepare vendor outstanding payment statements for management approval.
- Maintain PO registers, bill processing
