About the Role:

We are looking for qualified and well-presented Security Officers to join a premium shopping mall environment. The role requires a high level of alertness, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle security operations with discretion and efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for high-end customers and retail tenants
- Conduct regular patrols across mall premises, including retail zones, parking areas, and service corridors
- Monitor and operate advanced CCTV and surveillance systems
- Manage access control for staff, vendors, and service personnel
- Handle incidents such as theft, disturbances, emergencies, or VIP visits with professionalism
- Support crowd management during peak hours, weekends,



and special events
- Provide courteous assistance to customers and guests when required
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident and shift reports
- Coordinate with emergency services, local authorities, and internal teams

Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
- 3+ years of experience in malls, hotels, airports, or corporate security
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi + local language preferred)
