Education Innovation & Field Research Internship

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, impact-minded intern to support our initiatives strengthening STEM, digital literacy, and foundational learning across government schools in Bengaluru Rural. This role combines action research with direct classroom involvement—allowing you to collect field insights while actively supporting teaching sessions, teacher workshops, curriculum development, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Research & Engagement: Conduct school visits across Bengaluru Rural to interview headmasters, teachers, students, and community members.
- Classroom & Learning Support: Assist with interactive learning sessions in STEM, English, and foundational digital literacy.
- Curriculum & Content Co-Creation: Help design engaging lesson plans, educational content, and practical teaching-learning materials.
- Data Collection & Impact Tracking: Gather qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program quality, monitor progress, and improve learning models.
- Teacher Capacity Building:



Support the organization and execution of teacher-engagement workshops to foster long-term sustainability in classrooms.

What You'll Bring
- Education: Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Core Aptitude: Deep interest in educational equity, rural development, and social innovation.
- Digital & Research Skills: Basic-to-intermediate computer literacy combined with robust research, documentation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Field Readiness: Self-motivated and comfortable traveling to rural school clusters to take initiative independently.
- Language Skills: Conversational or fluent Kannada is preferred, but not mandatory.
