Key Responsibilities

1 Business Development-Identify and approach new customers within the assigned territory. • Generate qualified sales leads. • Conduct customer visits regularly. • Introduce the company’s products and capabilities. • Develop long-term business relationships. • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

2 Customer Relationship Management -Maintain regular contact with existing customers. • Resolve customer queries promptly. • Build trust and improve customer retention. • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up. • Visit key customers as per the visit plan.

3 Sales & Revenue Generation -Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Prepare quotations in coordination with the office team. • Negotiate prices within approved limits. • Follow up on quotations until order closure. • Increase sales volume from existing customers.





4 Market Intelligence -Monitor competitors’ pricing and product offerings. • Gather information about current market trends. • Identify emerging customer requirements. • Report competitor activities to the Marketing Manager. • Suggest new product opportunities.

5 Customer Visits-Plan daily customer visit schedules. • Conduct product presentations. • Understand customer requirements. • Prepare visit reports after every meeting. • Maintain visit records in CRM or reporting system.

6 Order Management -Collect purchase orders. • Coordinate with the production department. • Ensure timely execution of orders. • Track delivery status. • Keep customers updated regarding dispatch schedules.

7 Payment Follow-up -Coordinate with customers for outstanding payments. • Ensure timely collections. • Resolve payment-related issues. • Maintain healthy debtor levels.
