We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our Learning & Development team in identifying and onboarding qualified corporate trainers. The ideal candidate should have experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing or talent acquisition.
Sourcing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Source corporate trainers based on training requirements.
- Search and find trainers through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
- Check trainer profiles, skills and experience.
- Contact trainers through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Collect trainer profiles, certifications,
availability and commercials.
- Follow up with trainers and coordinate requirements.
- Maintain and update the trainer database.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- Experience in trainer sourcing is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand training requirements.
- Good coordination and database management skills.
- Proactive and organized approach.
