Job Description

Telecom Global Services is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telecalling Executives. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule, suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking for a part-time work opportunity.

The selected candidates will communicate with customers over the phone, explain products/services, answer basic queries, and maintain professional communication with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers/prospective customers.

Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with interested customers when required.

Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Record basic call details and customer responses.

Follow company guidelines and communication procedures.





Requirements

Hindi communication is required.

English communication is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

A quiet place to make calls from home.

Reliable internet connection and a smartphone.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Previous telecalling or customer-service experience is an advantage.
