About the company:

Sporting Syndicate is the largest sports goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1949 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.

Position overview:

We are hiring Machine Operators for all 5 of our units.

Key responsibilities:

· Working on CNC/ Moulding/ Electrical/ Robotic/ Laser cutting machines, etc. on a day-to-day basis

· Performing CLIT regularly

· Take ownership of machine and its productivity

· Coordinating with shopfloor supervisor, w.r.t. daily production targets

· Work with Maintenance team w.r.t. maintenance work on machines

Qualification:

· At least an ITI holder

· Curious to learn about Production processes

· Good communication skills and positive listener

· Interested in learning about CNC/ Hydraulic machines
