Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across production processes.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain quality records, audit reports, and non-conformance documentation.
- Prepare and present quality metrics, dashboards, and analysis to management.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Customer & Supplier Interaction:




- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Work with suppliers to improve incoming material quality and establish inspection standards.
- Training & Compliance:
- Train shop-floor employees on quality practices and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
