The Young Qualified – Legal will provide legal support relating to highway projects, contracts, arbitration, legislative matters and land acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in contractual and legal matters.
- Support review of contracts and legal documentation.
- Assist in arbitration-related matters.
- Support legislative and regulatory matters.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a National Law School.
- Experience in an NHAI-empaneled law firm is preferred.
- Assist in land acquisition-related legal matters.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, law firms and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain legal records and documentation.
- Relevant experience in:
- Contractual matters
- Arbitration
- Legislative matters
- Land acquisition
- Monthly Remuneration :
The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
