Job Requirements*

An SAP Security & GRC Consultant must have strong skills in
user and role administration
, authorization concepts, and SAP transactions like SU01, PFCG, SU53, and SUIM.

They should be proficient in
SAP GRC Access Control
, including Access Risk Analysis (SoD), Access Request Management, Firefighter (EAM), and audit remediation.

Knowledge of
S/4HANA security
, Fiori roles, catalogs, CDS views, and basic SAP Basis and system landscape concepts is highly valued.

A positive consultant also understands
business processes, compliance requirements (SOX, audits)
,



and how to translate business needs into secure role designs.

Strong
communication, documentation, problem-solving skills
, along with relevant SAP Security or GRC certifications, are essential for career growth.
