Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for a TA Support professional to manage endtoend recruitment operations from preoffer to joining, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders, compliance checks, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain endtoend hiring tracker
- Collect and verify candidate documents
- Coordinate and monitor background checks
- Release offers & Appointment Letters after acceptance
- Coordinate onboarding formalities and clearance
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong coordination and followup skills
- Graduation Mandatory
- Robust MS Office skills
- Knowledge of HR operations
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
