We are looking for an experienced
US Staffing Recruiter
with proven expertise in sourcing, engaging, and placing niche technical talent across the
Semiconductor and Core Engineering sectors
(Mechanical, Hardware, Thermal, Equipment, and Manufacturing Engineers).

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical requisitions across US time zones. You will leverage advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, Boolean search strings, and direct headhunting methods to connect with hard-to-find engineering talent in cleanroom operations, IC design, capital equipment, and mechanical design domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end management of the US recruitment lifecycle for
Semiconductor
and
Core Engineering
requisitions (Contract, W2, C2C, and Direct Hire / Permanent placements).
- Actively source passive talent using
LinkedIn Recruiter
, ATS databases, niche job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster), and specialized engineering networks.
- Target technical domains including:
- Semiconductor:
ASIC/FPGA, Analog/Mixed-Signal,



Silicon Validation, Fab Operations, Process Engineering, Packaging/Assembly, and Layout Design.
- Mechanical & Hardware:
Thermal Management, FEA/CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, NX), Robotics, Mechatronics, Equipment/Tooling Engineering, and Manufacturing Systems.

2. Screening & Relationship Management
- Screen engineering candidates on technical fit, hands-on tool experience, work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, EAD), relocation willingness, and compensation expectations.
- Translate complex engineering job specs into targeted Boolean strings and sourcing strategies.
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers or Account Executives to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and team dynamics.

3. Pipeline & Offer Negotiation
- Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, wage/rate negotiations, and pre-onboarding compliance checks.
