Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Sales & Account Manager who can build relationships with housing societies, manage existing society accounts, coordinate with vendors, and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, travelling, solving problems, and taking ownership of society operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with housing societies.
Meet Society Chairpersons, Secretaries, Committee Members and residents to understand their requirements.
Conduct presentations and explain SocioFix’s services and solutions.
Manage relationships with existing society clients.
Regularly visit assigned societies and ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate and manage society vendors such as security, housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, STP, lift, fire safety and other AMC/service providers.
Follow up on complaints, service issues and pending work with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain robust relationships with society committees and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain regular communication and visit reports for assigned societies.
Identify opportunities for additional services within existing societies.
Support the operations team in resolving society-level issues.
Candidate Profile
Must Have:
2–4 years of relevant experience.
