About the Role:
Career Soft Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean/X-Ray searches.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, CTC, location, and notice period.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and closures.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:




2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience in IT staffing/recruitment consultancy preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
