About the Role

GTG (Global Tech Gadgets) is looking for an energetic and creative E-commerce, Social Media & Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling online product listings, social media content, customer communication and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Upload product photos, details, prices and offers
- Handle Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Create/post Reels, Stories and product content
- Reply to customer inquiries and messages
- Assist customers and generate sales in-store
- Explain gadget and mobile accessory features to customers
- Help promote new and trending products




- Maintain basic product and sales records

Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & e-commerce
- Smartphone/computer knowledge
- Sales-oriented and confident personality
- Creative mindset for social media content
- Freshers can also apply if they have the right skills and attitude

Part-time candidates are also welcome.

Salary

Salary will be based on skills and experience + performance incentives.
