About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Development / Lead Generation Executive
who is hungry to learn, comfortable speaking with businesses and interested in building a career in
B2B technology sales
.

The role will involve generating new business opportunities for




IT Services and IT Staffing
, researching target companies, connecting with decision-makers and creating qualified sales conversations for the team.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to the complete early-stage sales process — from
prospecting and outreach to qualification and meeting generation
.

Freshers with solid communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers for
IT Services and IT Staffing

- Identify key decision-makers including Founders, HR Leaders, TA Heads, Technology Leaders and Business Heads.
- Generate leads through
LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, databases and online research

- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business or hiring requirements.
