About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive GNG's domestic B2B business while supporting our marketing and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent B2B leads across corporates, hotels, facility management companies, hospitals, schools, restaurants and institutions.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and market research to generate enquiries.
- Follow up with prospects, coordinate meetings, quotations and samples, and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Research new markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and regularly update product catalogues, company profiles and presentations.
- Coordinate updates to the company website and digital platforms.
- Assist in creating content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels.




- Coordinate with designers/agencies for marketing creatives and promotional material.
- Maintain sales pipeline and regularly report lead and conversion status.
- Be willing to travel and visit clients/prospects whenever required for meetings, presentations, sampling and business development.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Marketing.
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn and basic digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
- Must be comfortable with client visits and local travel whenever required.
- Experience in textiles, garments, uniforms, hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
