Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Accounts Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including managing petty cash, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves supporting credit control processes, assisting with reconciliations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and collections. The Accounts Assistant will prepare basic financial reports, respond to account-related queries,



and support the finance team in routine compliance and documentation tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong accounting skills, including basic bookkeeping and familiarity with Accounting and Finance principles
- Experience in Credit Control, including monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding payments
- Ability to manage Petty Cash, maintain records, and ensure accurate cash handling
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and join immediately
