ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Summary:

The Activity Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of activities aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being for our patients. The successful candidate will have a robust background in activities such as meditation, yoga, physical training, art therapy, music, and other therapeutic interventions. Additionally, they will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Responsibilities:

Activity Planning and Execution:

· Develop and implement a diverse range of activities, including meditation, yoga, physical training, Zumba, art therapy, music, aroma, movement therapy, and motivation therapy.

· Plan and coordinate 4-6 activities per day, ensuring a balanced schedule and considering the individual needs and preferences of patients.

· Coordinate with the clinical team to personalize activity plans for patients, such as incorporating work/studies, outings, and check-ups while considering any high-risk conditions.





· Organize and execute outdoor activities such as cycling, trekking, and other recreational pursuits in coordination with the clinical team.

Program Management:

· Develop a comprehensive one-year program schedule, incorporating festivals, celebrations, special programs, and trips.

· Collaborate with the clinical team to align activity plans with the overall treatment goals and objectives of the patients.

· Ensure effective budgeting for extra activities, including securing necessary resources and managing expenses.

Administration and Coordination:

· Attend morning and evening managers meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming activities.

· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for Trips, Movies, Outings and other specialized activities.

· arrange food trucks, monthly festivals, birthdays and events like outings, trips, and movie sessions for patients, ensuring a safe
