Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud experience to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and should have worked extensively on Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future methods.
- Develop user interfaces and custom functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Cases, Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and Service Console.
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Implement business automation using Salesforce Flow.




- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work on Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Ensure Apex code is bulkified and optimized according to Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Develop test classes, perform debugging, and maintain required code coverage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for Service Cloud applications.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release activities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Architects, and other technical teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud – Mandatory.
- Solid experience in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes.
- Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
