We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates across multiple industries and functions.
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases and reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.




- Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and competitor intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in hiring across BFSI, FinTech, Technology, Sales, Product, or Corporate functions will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or executive search firms is preferred.
