Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven
Customer Lifecycle & LTV Manager
with
strong D2C e-commerce experience
to drive user retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value (LTV). In this role, you will own the end-to-end retention funnelarchitecting automated lifecycle campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies across our e-commerce offerings and digital spiritual services.

Key Responsibilities
- LTV & Retention Strategy:
Build and execute customer retention frameworks to increase 30/60/90-day repeat purchase rates, order frequency, and Average Order Value (AOV) across D2C product lines.




- Lifecycle Automation & CRM:
Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel user journeys (Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS) using tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Clevertap.
- Customer Segmentation:
Analyze user behavior, purchase history, and engagement triggers to create RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segments for hyper-personalized marketing.
- Cross-Selling & Service Bundling:
Develop cross-retention loops connecting app services (astrology, virtual pujas) with D2C physical products (remedial items, samagri kits, gemstones).
- Churn Reduction:
Identify churn triggers across different user cohorts and execute proactive win-back and re-engagement campaigns.
- Loyalty & VIP Programs:
Conceptualize and manage customer loyalty programs, subscription models, and repeat-buyer incentives to cultivate high-value brand advocates.
