Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations including Planning, Warehouse, Inventory, Customer Service and Logistics.
- Handle demand & production planning, RM/PM planning and monitor Plan vs. Actual.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock optimization and OTIF customer delivery.
- Manage warehouse, dispatch, transportation and external warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, PPC, Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Monitor SCM KPIs, machine utilization and operational performance.
- Drive cost reduction, freight optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the SCM team and ensure process, safety and audit compliance.
