Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in General Ledger, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, AP, AR, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Finance & Accounting activities
- Handle General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Support tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial and management reports for senior management.
- Conduct GL variance analysis and resolve accounting discrepancies.




- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure accounting compliance.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and finance-related projects.
- Coordinate remotely with the Finance Team.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ACCA qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
