Role & responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and hospital resources.
- Monitor patient flow, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with HODs for departmental requirements and performance.
- Monitor billing, housekeeping, maintenance,IPD, security, front office, facility and support services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards.
- Track operational MIS, KPIs and departmental performance.
- Support NABH/quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.




- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Handle patient/service-related concerns and coordinate for resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 7 to 12 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
- Strong knowledge of hospital processes and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and HIMS.
