We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with experience in civil construction and preferably swimming pool projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating swimming pool civil works, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works related to swimming pool construction.
- Study and understand civil, structural, plumbing, and pool drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Check setting out, dimensions, levels, slopes, and alignment as per approved drawings.
- Supervise excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, RCC, waterproofing, plastering, and finishing works.
- Check shuttering and concrete works before and during casting.
- Ensure proper curing and concrete quality.
- Coordinate with waterproofing teams and verify surface preparation and application.




- Supervise swimming pool tile/stone installation and ensure proper levels, joints, slopes, and finishing.
- Verify pool coping, deck areas, drainage channels, overflow gutters, and related civil works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues at an early stage.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved BOQ, drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, site measurements, and work updates.
- Coordinate material requirements and raise material indents well in advance.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the management.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
