Job Title: HR Specialist - NBFC

Location: Delhi, India (On-site)

*Role Overview*

We're hiring an HR Specialist/Manager to build and manage the people function at Keystone Ventures. This is a hands-on role covering the full HR lifecycle — from hiring recovery agents, legal associates, and analysts, to onboarding, compliance training, performance management, and culture-building — in a fast-scaling, compliance-first environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for collections agents, legal recovery associates, data analysts, and support staff

* Design and run onboarding programs, including mandatory training on RBI Fair Practices Code, DPDP Act, and ethical collections conduct

* Own HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation

* Manage performance review cycles, goal-setting, and incentive structures for recovery teams

* Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

* Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy, respectful workplace culture





* Support leadership on org structure, workforce planning, and retention strategy as the company scales

* Maintain HR records and audit trails in line with the company's compliance-first approach

*Requirements*

* 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in BFSI, NBFC, collections, BPO, or fintech environments

* Experience hiring at volume for operational/frontline roles (collections, calling, or similar)

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working closely with leadership

* Ability to build HR processes from the ground up in a growing organization

* High integrity — this role touches sensitive employee and compliance data
