Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop the market, generate new business and build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, builders, architects, contractors and other customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

2. Visit dealers, retailers, builders, architects, contractors and project sites.

3. Promote Shreemaa's tile product range and generate enquiries.

4. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

5. Follow up on quotations, orders and outstanding enquiries.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

7. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

8. Prepare daily/weekly visit and sales reports.





Requirements:

1. Graduate with good communication and negotiation skills.

2. Experience in field sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, marble or interior products.

3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

4. Strong networking, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

5. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Benefits / Incentives:

Performance-based incentive + Fuel allowance + Bike maintenance allowance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
